5. Pricing and Payment

All product prices are shown in US dollars (USD) and do not include applicable taxes and fees (if required by law) unless otherwise stated. We reserve the right to change prices at any time, but price changes will not affect orders we have already accepted. Orders must be paid in full via our only accepted payment method, PayPal (see our payment policy for details). You warrant that the payment method you use is valid, authorized, and that the account holder is you. We will only process your order after receiving successful payment confirmation from PayPal. If payment is refused, your order will be suspended, and we will notify you to update your payment information. We are not responsible for delivery delays caused by third-party carriers, weather events, or other circumstances beyond our control. The risk of lost or damaged products transfers to you upon delivery by the carrier.

7. Refund and Return Policy

Our refund and return policy applies to all returns, exchanges, and refunds. Key terms include: (a) We accept returns/exchanges for defective, damaged, or incorrectly shipped goods within 30 calendar days of receipt; (b) Goods must be in their original packaging, unused, and with all packaging and accessories intact for a full refund; (c) Customized products, assembled/used products, and hygiene products (e.g., bedding) are non-refundable unless defective; (d) For returns due to our error (e.g., product defect), we will cover the shipping costs; for returns due to personal reasons (e.g., changing one's mind), the customer will bear the shipping costs; (e) Refunds will be processed within 2 business days of receiving and inspecting the returned product. Payment will be returned to the original payment method, with arrival time ranging from 5-10 business days (depending on bank processing time).

8. Intellectual Property

All content on our website, including but not limited to product images, descriptions, logos, trademarks, brand names, graphics, text, and software, is intellectual property.
