2. Checkout and Payment Processing

Add to Cart and Checkout: After selecting the children's bedding products you need, add them to your cart, then click the "Checkout" button and enter your shipping information (name, address, contact information) as needed.

Choose a Payment Method: On the payment page, select your payment option.

Authorize and Complete the Payment: Verify the order details (product, total amount, shipping address), and then authorize the payment. Once the payment is successfully processed, you will be redirected back to the order confirmation page on our website.

Payment Confirmation: You will receive a real-time payment notification,  your order will be marked as "Paid" and moved to the processing queue (see Part 4 for order confirmation details).

Buyer Protection program applies to eligible transactions and provides additional security in case of order disputes (such as non-delivery or product defects).

We will never solicit additional payment information (such as credit card CVV codes or bank account passwords) via email, phone, or other unsolicited communications. If you receive such a request, please contact us immediately to verify its legitimacy.

4. Order Confirmation

Instant Confirmation: After successful payment, a temporary order confirmation page will appear on our website, containing your order ID, product details, and payment status.

Email Confirmation: Within one hour of payment verification, you will receive a formal order confirmation email sent to the email address you provided at checkout. This email contains your order ID, product list, total payment, shipping address, and estimated processing/delivery time.

Check Order Status: If you have not received a confirmation email within 24 hours (please check your spam junk mail folder first), or if you need to confirm your order status, you can contact our support team and provide your transaction ID or the email address used at checkout.
