All orders will be processed within 2-3 business days after payment confirmation. Please note that during peak periods (such as holidays and promotional periods), Due to the large volume of orders, processing time may be delayed.but we will do our best to complete your order as quickly as possible.

2. Order Deadline

To ensure your order is processed in the current batch, please submit and complete payment by 3:00 PM (GMT-05:00 Eastern Standard Time ) on a business day. Orders placed after this deadline or on weekends/holidays will be considered orders for the next business day and processed accordingly.

3. Order Shipping Time

Once your order is processed and shipped, the estimated delivery time within the United States is 3-7 business days (excluding processing time). Delivery times may vary slightly depending on your specific location.

4. Shipping Costs

Free standard shipping is available on all crib orders. This offer applies to all shipping addresses within the United States.

5. Delivery Area

Our delivery service covers all 50 states in the U.S., including Alaska, Hawaii, and Puerto Rico. Currently, we do not offer international shipping outside the U.S.

6. Shipping Costs

All shipping costs listed in this policy are free. No additional sales tax or hidden fees will be added to the shipping costs at checkout.

7. Delivery Partner

We partner with UPS to provide reliable and secure delivery. We will arrange for truck delivery to your door. The truck driver will inform you of the delivery time in advance, so please ensure someone is home.

8. Order Cancellation

If you need to cancel your order before shipment, please contact our customer support team immediately(support@childrensbedss.com). If your order is successfully cancelled before shipment, refunds will be returned to the original payment method within 10 business days. Once the product has shipped, the order cannot be cancelled, and any return requests will be subject to our standard return policy.

8. Order Tracking

After your order is shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email within 24 hours. This email contains a unique tracking number, carrier information, and a link to real-time tracking on the carrier's website.

If you are a registered user of our website, you can log in to your account and go to "Order History" to view detailed shipping status and tracking information for your order.

If you are a guest user (not a registered user), please use your order number and the email address used when placing the order to track your package through the "Order Tracking" page on our website.

If you have not received a tracking number or cannot access the tracking information within 3 business days after shipping confirmation, please contact our customer service for assistance.
